Oversee testing, refinement, and demonstrations of cyber tools, ensuring they meet performance and security requirements.
Guide technical teams in capability design and implementation processes, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.
Troubleshoot performance issues, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the reliability of capabilities.
Support documentation efforts by creating technical reports, user guides, and assessment results for key stakeholders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of developed tools within secure environments.
Maintain compliance with cybersecurity best practices, mandates, and policies applicable to solutions under development. Qualifications Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience. Additional experience or certifications may be except in lieu of a degree.
Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Applicable DoD 8140 (formerly DoD 8570) certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, or Security+).
Expertise in developing and testing cyber tools and systems to meet operational requirements.
Proven ability to lead technical development efforts across teams and coordinate within collaborative environments.
Strong understanding of secure development practices, testing processes, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with integrating cyber capabilities into secure systems and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Experience leading capability demonstrations and technical evaluations in operationally focused environments.
Advanced skills in identifying issues during development lifecycles and implementing effective solutions.
Knowledge of innovative technologies and architectures that can enhance cyber capability performance.
Strong communication and technical writing skills to support reporting and documentation. Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000.
