Infrastructure Design Automation Engineer (ASIC / EDA) Full time opportunity Fully Onsite in Northern Colorado $400K+ Total Compensation Plan- Base, Bonus, RSU's (higher compensation depends on experiance/skillst) Industry leading semiconductor organization that delivers top tier custom ASIC designs through robust, production‐proven flows and methodologies. This role sits on a central team responsible for the infrastructure and automation that enables large‐scale ASIC design execution. You'll focus on building, maintaining, and evolving design‐flow infrastructure, supporting ASIC teams through reliable tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable automation. What You'll Do Develop, test, and enhance ASIC design‐flow infrastructure and supporting automation Own and execute regression testing to ensure flow stability and correctness Manage DevOps pipelines and administer Linux‐based environments Leverage existing tools and frameworks to solve new infrastructure and flow challenges Perform root‐cause analysis and drive sustainable fixes Design solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and adaptable to future process needs Required Background BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science 10+ years of DevOps or infrastructure experience, ideally supporting engineering workflows Strong programming/scripting experience with: TCL, Ruby, Bash Jenkins, Git GNU Autotools / Make Solid Linux administration experience General understanding of electrical engineering concepts Self‐motivated, professional engineer with strong problem‐solving skills Preferred Experience Background in VLSI or ASIC environments Design automation or ASIC flow development experience Familiarity with industry EDA tools such as: Innovus, Calibre STAR, Quantus, Tempus PrimeTime, Conformal
