Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

This is a sales-focused role for a driven, competitive individual who wants to build a career with strong income potential. As an Account Representative State Farm Team Member, you will grow the agency through new business production, client relationship building, and multi-line sales. This role is centered around helping clients protect what matters mostnot just with auto and home insurance, but with life and income protection solutions. This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who is motivated to prospect, follow up, close, and continuously improve.

Generate and close new business across auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies

Identify opportunities to offer life, disability, and supplemental coverage

Build and manage a consistent pipeline through calls, referrals, and follow-up

Cross-sell and bundle policies to create complete coverage plans

Provide a consultative, needs-based sales experience

Meet and exceed monthly production goals

Experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, or other performance driven-based sales roles preferred

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication skills and confidence in client conversations

Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable

Comfortable with outbound activity and handling rejection

Base salary: $40,000$45,000 (based on experience)

Uncapped, tiered commission structure

Increased earning potential tied to multi-line and life production

Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities

Top performers earn $80,000$120,000+
