Role and Responsibilities **
Manage all sales orders and customer quotes.
Lead telemarketing campaign.
Manage daily/weekly purchasing tasks.
Order entry and processing for orders.
Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment.
Achieve all goals set for department.
Manage CRM activities.
Review backorders weekly and update customers.
Complete all required reports.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
The education requirements are a minimum of a high school diploma. Person must be able to communicate clearly within the department and also with other departments.

Self-Confidence, Excellent Communication Skills, Attention to detail, Ability to learn new software, Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Teamwork, Works Independently
