Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and serving of meals to patients and residents according to specified dietary requirements, portion sizes, and menu guidelines. You will set up dining areas, including tables, chairs, and table settings, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas before and after meal service.
