Automotive Service Advisor

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Kansas City Hyundai in Merriam, Kansas, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, establishing rapport with customers, and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service needs

Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs

Schedule service appointments and manage work orders

Prior experience in automotive service or customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Competitive compensation ($70,000 - $120,000 per year)
