Dental Assistant

Observe patient safety standards during all dental treatment.

Receive and schedule patients for treatment.

Maintain dental equipment in a clean and operative condition.

Properly store instruments, medications, linen and maintain adequate levels of supplies.

Adhere to infection control guidelines, sterilize instruments, materials, equipment and prepare surgical trays.

Demonstrate proper techniques and dexterity in passing instruments and materials to and from the dentist.
