Oversee technical teams and processes, ensuring all program efforts meet operational goals and maintain high-quality engineering standards.
Provide guidance in system design to ensure interoperability, scalability, and compliance with evolving cybersecurity standards.
Develop and manage project plans for all capability lifecycle phases, including demonstrations, deployment, and operational support.
Coordinate and integrate independent development efforts to meet schedule milestones and technical performance objectives.
Monitor progress and quality through deliverables such as test reports, user guides, and formal technical reviews, ensuring stakeholder requirements are addressed.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success in both programmatic and technical objectives.
Serve as a subject matter expert across project teams and maintain alignment with broader strategic goals. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience. Additional experience or certifications maybe accepted in lieu of a degree.
Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
Experience developing code in Python, AWS, Gitlab
Applicable DoD 8140 (formerly DoD 8570) certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, or similar relevant cybersecurity certifications) Desired Experience: Proven expertise in leading the development and integration of advanced cyber capabilities, including managing cross-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical engineering efforts from concept through deployment, ensuring deliverables align with programmatic and operational priorities.
Comprehensive experience in software development, engineering lifecycle management, and advanced cybersecurity engineering practices.
Proficiency in generating technical documentation such as test reports, user manuals, and presenting technical demonstrations as a key outcome.
Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles, secure engineering design, and evolving cyber technologies.
Proven experience leading highly technical teams within complex system engineering environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to align technical initiatives with strategic objectives.
Excellent communication and documentation skills to enhance cross-team collaboration and support clear project reporting. Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000.
