Orthodontist

Benevis Dental is seeking a skilled and patient-centered Orthodontist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide comprehensive orthodontic care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients, helping them achieve healthy, functional, and confident smiles. Working within an affiliated dental practice supported by Benevis Dental, you will focus on high-quality clinical outcomes while leveraging a robust operational support structure that allows you to concentrate on patient care. As an Orthodontist with Benevis Dental, you will perform thorough orthodontic evaluations, diagnose malocclusions and skeletal discrepancies, and develop individualized treatment plans using braces, clear aligners, and other fixed and removable appliances. You will interpret cephalometric and panoramic radiographs, utilize digital imaging and intraoral scanning when available, and collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care. You will manage both early interceptive orthodontic treatment and full-phase treatment, monitoring progress and making precise adjustments to ensure excellent clinical and aesthetic results. You will be responsible for clearly explaining treatment options, expected outcomes, and timelines to patients and parents, educating them on oral hygiene and appliance care, and ensuring they feel informed, respected, and comfortable throughout their orthodontic journey. You will practice in accordance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards, maintaining meticulous clinical records, adhering to infection control and OSHA guidelines, and supporting a culture of safety and quality.
