A career as a Client Integration Advisor at National Bank Trust (NBT) means contributing to the successful integration of new clients and portfolio managers into the Bank’s systems while supporting the delivery of a high‑quality client experience. In this role, you will work closely with senior advisors and internal partners to support onboarding and change activities, develop your expertise, and build strong foundations in client integration.
Your Role
As a Client Integration Advisor, you will:
- Assist in serving a diverse clientele composed of institutional clients and portfolio managers across areas such as securities custody, institutional asset management, pension plans, and exchange‑traded funds (ETFs)
- Support team members in assisting NBT clients through key client life‑cycle events, including onboarding, portfolio manager changes, and offboarding
- Participate in client integration and change initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders, including clients, portfolio managers, account managers, and operational teams
- Work closely with operational teams to support the timely and accurate execution of tasks, contributing to a consistent and high‑quality client experience
- Assist with planning activities, tracking deliverables, and supporting adherence to established timelines
- Contribute to the documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of team processes and tools
- Develop subject‑matter knowledge through hands‑on experience, training, and knowledge sharing with colleagues
- Escalate issues as needed and contribute to problem‑solving discussions by proposing practical solutions under guidance
Your Team
Within the National Bank Trust sector, you will be part of a large team of approximately 150 colleagues and report to the Director - Client and Portfolio Manager Integration. The team is recognised for its collaborative culture, agility, and client‑ focused approach.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 to 4 years experience in wealth management or financial services
- Working knowledge of the securities industry, including operations and settlements
- Ability to analyse situations, identify issues, and apply established guidelines to recommend solutions or escalate as required
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously within defined processes
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools; experience using Copilot is an asset
