The QA Auditor is an important member of the Quality organization. You will inspect work orders, kits, sales orders, and various parts for correct quantities, damaged packaging and conforming assemblies. While also having necessary record keeping involved with inspection operations and shipping audits. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interpret drawings for correct locations, assembly, labeling and other requirements. Following a documented procedure, audit customer sales orders, value-add operations, kits, bills of lading. Visually inspect parts for acceptable packaging conditions, damaged components and correct information on labels as well as other parts. Audit stock and storage locations throughout the warehouse. Process control procedure maintenance and upkeep. Maintain records and files under control/responsibility of Quality Assurance. Participate in Safety walks and Kaizen events. Skills and Experience
Preferred education, experiences & skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Intermediate Computer Skills Bilingual, English/Spanish 1 year or more of fork truck driving experience and current certification (in-house certification available if needed). Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a safety focused mindset. Experience with cycle counting programs and physical inventory audits. Exposure to Lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Benefits
