Your role in our missionTechnical Strategy Understand the client technical strategy and how that maps onto the existing solution, working alongside Information Security team members and engineers Technical Operations and Security Incident Response Collaborate with operational teams on security incident response and validation of appropriate logging and monitoring of devices and applications on the network
Architectural appreciation with the ability to talk confidently about client solution security related findings deployed across solutions
Analytical appreciation with the ability to talk confidently about the security content deployed across solutions
Keeping state by having a holistic view of all activities associated with the client and managing progress
Provide and/or assist with report generation for a multitude of Security services, specifically with Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM)
Vulnerability management triage from output of security scanning tools, like Qualys, with the ability to work with responsible teams to remediate findings Technical Entry Point Point of contact to the Client for any technical questions relating to proposed service additions or existing services
Be engaged throughout the lifecycle of the deployment of solution from build through to steady state operations. What we're looking forRequired Skills 5 years IT experience of customer delivery/customer services
Working knowledge of deploying and managing SIEM Solutions
Excellent documentation skills
Evidence of providing training to small/medium groups
Experience of working within a SOC and/or other Cybersecurity services
Evidence of dealing with escalations, both service and technical
Experience in managing customers from a service perspective Qualifications
SIEM event triage and ownership
Network topology and services knowledge and/or experience
Vulnerability Management remediation experience
Managed End Point Protection technologies' knowledge and/or experience What you should expect in this role Remote position (US only)

The deadline to submit applications for this posting is 4/30/2026 The pay range for this position is $77,900.00 - $111,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
