Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered for this role.**
**Job Details**As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. **You’d be a great fit if you are:** **A Passionate Seller:**When a lead comes in, you skillfully pick up the phone and use your sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders.
**A Front Lines Liaison:** You rise to the role of representing the Liberty brand, you believe in what you’re selling, and you enjoy connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs. **A Reliable Teammate:** Whether you work at the office or from home, you adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our policyholders. **A Customer-Centric Closer:** While sales is in your title, integrity is in your nature. That means you sincerely care that our customers get exactly the quality products and services they need to embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow.
**Position Details:**From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!* Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.* Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.* No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.* Opportunities for rewards and recognition.* Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a
minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.* All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet service**Qualifications*** 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.* Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.* Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.* Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.* Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.* Property and Casualty License required after hire.**Pay Philosophy:** The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
