Orthodontist

Benevis Dental is seeking a skilled Orthodontist to provide high-quality, patient-centered orthodontic care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive orthodontic treatment to children, adolescents, and adults, helping patients achieve healthy, functional, and confident smiles. You will be responsible for conducting thorough clinical evaluations, interpreting diagnostic records and radiographs, and developing individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and Benevis Dental’s commitment to exceptional patient outcomes. As an Orthodontist with Benevis Dental, you will perform a full spectrum of orthodontic procedures, including placing and adjusting braces, managing clear aligner therapy, placing and removing appliances, monitoring growth and development, and managing orthodontic emergencies. You will work chairside with an experienced clinical team, providing clear instructions and mentorship to assistants and support staff to ensure efficient, safe, and comfortable care for every patient. Collaboration is central to this position. You will partner closely with general dentists and other dental specialists within the network to coordinate interdisciplinary treatment, align treatment goals, and deliver seamless, comprehensive care. You will communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, proposed treatments, expected outcomes, timelines, and financial considerations in a way that supports informed decision-making and long-term satisfaction. In keeping with Benevis Dental’s mission, you will contribute to an accessible, community-focused care model that emphasizes quality, safety, and respect for diverse patient populations. You will adhere strictly to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements, while participating in quality improvement initiatives, case reviews, and ongoing clinical education.
