We're seeking a senior-level contract copywriter to support DashPass, our membership program. This writer will be embedded with the DashPass marketing team and serve as a dedicated partner across ongoing campaigns, experiments, and product-driven initiatives. DashPass will be your primary focus during this one-quarter contract. You may also contribute to broader brand or growth initiatives as needed. This is a high-visibility, high-velocity workstream. We're looking for someone who can operate confidently in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment — where briefs evolve, inputs shift, and priorities move quickly. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, shaping complex information into clear messaging, and delivering high-quality work at speed. What You'll Do
Own copy development for DashPass across lifecycle and performance channels — including email, push, in-app, paid media, landing pages, and product surfaces Translate complex membership mechanics, promotional offers, and product updates into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging Write for experiments and iterative tests, adapting quickly as performance learnings evolve Balance planned campaign work with rapid-response and ambiguous asks Maintain a clear, conversational brand voice across channels — ensuring messaging is simple, compelling, and never bland Bring energy and precision to lower-funnel and offer-heavy work — understanding that straightforward does not mean boring Collaborate closely with marketers, product partners, and cross-functional stakeholders Ensure all messaging aligns with brand standards and legal/compliance guidelines This writer should be comfortable:
Working without perfectly structured briefs Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously Navigating cross-functional feedback Switching between long-term planning and immediate-turn deliverables Must-Haves
Senior-level copywriting experience across digital channels Proven performance marketing and conversion-focused writing experience Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving environments Strong stakeholder management skills Familiarity with app-based or marketplace businesses Availability for a full-time contract (40 hours/week) for one quarter Nice-to-Haves
Direct membership or subscription experience Experience supporting A/B testing at scale
