Agile and Waterfall methodologies Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 6+ years in IT or technical environments 3+ years managing IT projects P&C Insurance industry experience Preferred Experience Agile & Waterfall methodologies; ITIL familiarity Infrastructure projects (cloud, networking, data centers) Software delivery (system integrations, Guidewire or similar) Tools: Jira, Confluence Experience in risk, change, and stakeholder management Certifications (Preferred) PMP Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SSM)
