Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with Design Leadership, Product Managers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and other partners across the organization to design and redesign mobile-first digital product experiences across the Servicing Lane. Own end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, including user-research, conceptual wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity visual designs based upon our design system, and testing for consumer-facing web and mobile experiences considering user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Partner with a UX researcher to develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research methods leveraging tools like user interviews.com and inform Product and Design strategy. Work closely with engineers to ensure high quality implementation of designs and provide guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. Give and solicit feedback from other designers, product management, and engineering during weekly reviews and standups. Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas to push the user experience of our product. Be current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and UI/UI design. Requirements: 6 – 8 years of experience designing mobile-first consumer facing digital experiences. Must have both native mobile app and web experience. Experience designing mobile-first and responsive web pages. Experience in fast paced environment. Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts and solutions. Experience with both qualitative and quantitative testing. Proficiency with design and prototyping software Figma. Knowledge of UX best practices and trends. Strong understanding of information hierarchy and typography. Strong communication and presentation skills. Understanding and designing for Angular framework. Desired Skills: Understanding and designing for Angular framework. Financial services experience with a track record of results.
