We are expanding our remote sales team and seeking motivated, coachable individuals who are ready to build a career in sales.
This is a
performance-based remote sales role
where you will conduct virtual presentations, guide clients through available benefit options, and assist with enrollment - all from home.
No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct virtual sales presentations via Zoom and phone Work with pre-qualified client leads Explain benefit programs and assist with enrollment Follow structured sales scripts and compliance guidelines Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups Meet weekly performance goals and team targets TRAINING & SUPPORT
We provide
full, step-by-step training , including: Live virtual onboarding sessions Sales scripting and objection handling Product and compliance training One-on-one mentorship Ongoing coaching and performance support No experience required - training is designed for beginners. COMPENSATION PACKAGE
