TheWelcome Desk Staffprovides professional front desk coverage, visitor management, ServiceNow ticket triage, signage printing coordination, and Lost & Found tracking. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet visitors and manage reception activities.Read, log, and route ServiceNow tickets per PBsecurity policies.Print signage inserts and assist with administrative tasks.Maintain Lost & Found log and perform callbacks on closed tickets.Generate monthly reports and track customer feedback. Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAssociate's degree preferred.Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.OSHA Safety Awareness required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ServiceNow.Strong communication and organizational skills.Customer Service Training (preferred).
