Business Title: Sales Associate Job Purpose: To provide exceptional customer service and drive sales within COSTELLOS ACE by assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to a positive shopping environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs. Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations. Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering inquiries. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and displays. Participate in promotional activities and initiatives. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally. Stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends.

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience: Previous retail experience preferred, but not required. Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Basic math and computer skills
