Star Health is looking for Star Sales and Development Manager who is dedicated, fun-loving, focused and who can work remotely.
Responsibilities
Proactively call into prospective clients to generate new business
Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact at current clients to sell and maintain Healthcare Staffing services
Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
Ensure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs.
Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities resulting in mutually beneficial terms
Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Direct relevant experience in healthcare staffing, required
Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
