Must be local or willing to go onsite 2 days a week Title: IT Project Manager Duration: through Sept 2026+ extensions Location: Milwaukee, WI, 2 days onsite The IT Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of IT projects across the USCAN region, supporting manufacturing operations and customer-focused initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on scope, schedule, budget, and quality while following PMO standards. Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle: initiation through closeout Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies Lead cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors) in a matrix environment Drive project governance, documentation, and reporting (e.g., Daptiv PPM, SharePoint) Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and change control Facilitate meetings, track progress, and resolve issues/blockers Oversee implementation, cutover, and stabilization activities Communicate status and align stakeholders at all levels Support change management, training, and user adoption Coordinate vendor deliverables and performance (as needed) Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of IT project management experience Experience delivering cross-functional projects in corporate environments Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with Agile and structured delivery methods
