About the Role We are seeking a high‐impact IT Program Manager with strong experience delivering regional‐scale commercial and business applications within the Healthcare, Pharma, MedTech, or Life Sciences sector. This role leads end‐to‐end delivery of commercial technology programs, partnering closely with sales, marketing, and field teams to deliver solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive commercial effectiveness. You will act as a strategic IT partner, accountable for translating business needs into scalable, compliant solutions while managing complex, high‐visibility programs across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Leadership Own end‐to‐end program delivery for commercial and customer‐facing business applications. Drive the full project lifecycle—from business case creation and planning through execution, deployment, stabilization, and optimization. Lead regional software implementation initiatives supporting sales, marketing, and digital engagement teams. Business & Stakeholder Management Partner with senior commercial and business leaders to understand objectives, define requirements, and shape solution delivery. Influence solution design by balancing business needs, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and long‐term sustainability. Act as the primary escalation point for program risks, issues, and delivery decisions. Team & Vendor Leadership Lead and mentor cross‐functional delivery teams, including internal IT resources and external vendors. Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams while balancing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate workshops, perform business process mapping, and oversee preparation of functional and technical documentation. Governance, Risk & Compliance Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory, quality, data privacy, and IT governance standards applicable to a healthcare environment. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure predictable and high‐quality delivery. Required Experience & Skills Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions within Healthcare, Pharma, MedTech, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences organizations. Proven track record managing regional or multi‐country IT programs in complex, matrix environments. Strong background in commercial technology delivery (sales, marketing, customer engagement platforms). Experience leading technical delivery teams, including developers, analysts, and third‐party partners. Confident stakeholder manager, capable of engaging and influencing senior business and IT leadership. Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship‐building skills with the ability to manage concurrent initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 12+ years of overall IT experience in large, complex enterprise environments. 5+ years leading regional or global software delivery programs. Nice‐to‐Have Experience Commercial or customer‐facing enterprise platforms Global data and analytics solutions Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives Experience operating in regulated industries
