SERVICE ADVISOR

Parks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Space Coast located in Titusville, FL, a division of Parks Motor Group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our expanding Service Team. The person in this position will be working as part of a team within the Service Department to support our customers' experience. The Service Advisor will be a liaison with our Customers, Service Technicians, and Service Manager.

The primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Greet customers promptly and courteouslyattitude is everything!
• Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to technicians
• Up-sell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
• Sell and manage extended warranties
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
• This is a full-time, 40+ hour per week position that will require some Saturdays.

Skills that we have identified that will lead to success include:

• 3 plus years as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry required
• Previous Chrysler experience preferred
• Experience with X-time and DealerTrack a plus
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Computer proficiency
• Work well with Service Team as well as other departments
• Dependability, reliability, responsibility
• Thrive on working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Hospitality experience a plus
• Valid Florida driver's license and good driving record required
• A background check and drug screen will be required for this position.
