3rd Grade Teacher – Small Charter School

Position Overview:
We are looking for an educator who is passionate about helping students grow academically and personally during this important stage of development. The ideal candidate will create an engaging classroom environment that supports curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

Responsibilities:

· Teach core subjects including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies

· Develop and implement creative, standards-aligned lesson plans

· Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback

· Build strong relationships with students and families

· Collaborate with colleagues to support student success

Qualifications:

· Valid Arizona teaching certification (or ability to obtain)

· Experience teaching elementary grades preferred

· Strong communication and classroom management skills
