Job Responsibilities: Use our proprietary Fish software. Process received payments and actively administer Accounts Receivable processes Issue invoices to FMC Customers Confirm upcoming residential appointments by phone Answer customer calls Must have: Fluent in Spanish and English. Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made Proven PC skills (ability to learn and use Microsoft Office Suite, and Fish software) Fish offers: On-the-job training No nights or weekends Uniforms furnished Compensation: $6.00 per hour Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 43 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
