We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our fast-paced, high-volume nursing home in Cumming, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated therapist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve ADLs and functional independence
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (PT, ST, nursing, social services)
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies
* Adapt interventions based on patient progress and changing needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $118,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
