Hillcrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about providing quality care and making a meaningful impact in residents’ lives, we’d love to meet you.
_*What We Offer*_

_*Open Positions*_
* Full-Time: Three 12-hour shifts per week (rotating schedule)
* Shift: *6:00 PM – 6:00 AM*
* $2.00 added shift differential
_*Key Responsibilities*_
* Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents
* Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
* Monitor, document, and report patient care and progress
* Participate in training, education, and ongoing professional development
_*Qualifications*_
* Active Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
* Strong clinical, organizational, and time management skills
* Ability to perform physical duties related to resident care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
