Pay Details:
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Texas.

Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Qualifications
2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well with both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license.
Position Details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing.
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11am‑8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. You must have a professional workspace with a dedicated desk, a wired (cable, fiber, or DSL) high‑speed internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite or mobile internet services.

The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
