Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator for a 2-month temporary contract in the Torrey Pines area of San Diego. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting HR operations and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
  • Assist with recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with training logistics
  • Help prepare HR reports, documentation, and audits as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Position Details:
  • Onsite work schedule
  • Compensation: $27.00-$30.00 per hour DOE
  • Located in Torrey Pines, San Diego
  • 2-3 month contract role
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
