- Managing full cycle payroll in a team for a small-size company (100+)
- Maintain and verify the accuracy of all employees and payroll data within the payroll system.
- Safeguard sensitive employee information and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Support year-end payroll functions, including tax filings and reporting (e.g., W-2s, union reports).
- Assist the HR department with key functions such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee terminations.
- Perform other related duties as needed to support the payroll and HR functions.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience handling payroll, including payroll for at least 100 employees.
- Healthcare industry background is preferred. (Not required)
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
