Field Account Executive
Lightspeed develops a management platform dedicated to the restaurant industry, designed to help hospitality establishments adapt, regain control of their business, and focus on what matters most: making the establishments they love thrive. As part of the launch and development of Lightspeed in Luxembourg, we are looking for motivated Field Account Executives who are driven by the idea of building a new local market. This is a unique opportunity to join an international player in tech and SaaS, while having a real impact on the Luxembourg economic fabric. As a Field Account Executive, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of restaurants in Luxembourg. Through a consultative and proximity sales approach, you will identify new clients, develop lasting relationships with restaurateurs, and guide them in choosing solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will actively contribute to the reputation and development of the Lightspeed brand in the Luxembourg market. Field position based in Luxembourg Your responsibilities Identify and qualify restaurant prospects in Luxembourg and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting (outbound calls, field visits) to signing Conduct product demonstrations in person and remotely, and design customized solutions Establish trust-based relationships with restaurateurs, managers, and decision-makers Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition between sales, onboarding, and deployment Use Salesforce (CRM) to drive your commercial activities, your pipeline, and your forecasts Analyze the local market and competition to position Lightspeed as a leading solution in cash register and management for the restaurant industry in Luxembourg Your profile Mastery of English and French is essential (German and/or Luxembourgish are strong assets) Experience in B2B sales, field sales, restaurant, or related sector Strong appetite for field sales and daily client contact Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills Ability to negotiate and convince at different decision-making levels Track record of commercial performance with achievement or exceeding objectives Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing environment Autonomy, proactivity, creativity, and flexibility What we offer you Join the Lightspeed adventure and participate in building a new market.
