As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives and support Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll oversee order management, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive continuous improvement in processes and customer programmes. You will join a dynamic global sales support team that collaborates closely with Account Managers and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction. We value proactive communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence. Lead and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals. Build strong relationships with customers through timely and effective communication. Oversee order lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Drive improvements in customer programmes and internal processes using data insights. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and maintain service level agreements. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred. Experience in optical connectivity or related industry. Proven track record of improving processes and driving team performance.
