RN Fellowship

UCHealth is seeking compassionate, motivated RNs for our RN Fellowship within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. This structured program supports new graduate and transitioning nurses as they develop clinical expertise in a high‑acuity, patient-centered environment. Fellows receive comprehensive orientation, precepted clinical rotations, and ongoing mentorship. You will deliver evidence‑based nursing care, coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans, educate patients and families, and support quality and safety initiatives.
