Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and career development guidance to team members Monitor pipeline activity, forecasting, and key performance metrics Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine go-to-market strategies Support complex deal cycles and key client relationships when needed Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and results Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-7 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity Background in technology, SaaS, or IT solutions preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and sales analytics Leadership & Mentorship Focus:
Act as a hands-on leader committed to developing individual and team success Provide structured coaching, goal-setting, and career pathing for direct reports Identify high-potential team members and support their advancement Lead by example through active participation in the sales process Meet Your Recruiter
