The
CAD Custom Design Trainee
role is focused on creating and modifying digital models of custom jewelry to be ready for production. This role operates in a fast-paced environment that encourages growth for self-driven individuals and is part of a team that leads and advances CAD/CAM technology within the jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and optimize CAD files for digital manufacturing processes. Navigate multiple file paths to access and manage CAD/CAM files effectively. Maintain a clear understanding of the CAD/CAM workflow and processes. Ensure work output meets established error standards and quality benchmarks. Demonstrate exceptional work ethic and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with CAD software. Familiarity with navigating complex file structures. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving technology. Preferred Qualifications
Associate's/Bachelor's degree or certification in jewelry design or a related field. Advanced proficiency in CAD software and design principles. Previous experience in digital manufacturing or CAD/CAM operations.
