Hubler Chevrolet is a leading automotive dealership dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle care. We are currently seeking a Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to join our professional team in Indianapolis, Indiana.
As a Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager, you will provide courteous and professional service to customers, accurately identifying vehicle service needs and promoting appropriate services, parts, and accessories. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential in this role.
Primary responsibilities include greeting customers promptly and professionally upon arrival, inspecting vehicles and reviewing service history to determine required services, promoting relevant services, parts, and accessories based on customer needs, providing accurate cost estimates and completion times, securing customer authorization, monitoring service progress and communicating updates or adjustments to customers, administering warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines, confirming service appointments prior to customer arrival and conducting follow-up calls after service completion, inspecting vehicles prior to delivery to ensure quality and communicating results to customers, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations regarding repairs and consumer protection, and exemplifying Hubler Chevrolet's values through professional behavior and interactions.
This is a full-time position following standard dealership hours. Specific scheduling details will be provided during the interview process.

Required qualifications include minimum of two years experience as a Service Advisor, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license in Indiana with a clean driving record, positive attitude with a high-energy personality, excellent customer service and communication skills, professional appearance and strong work ethic, ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment, and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
