*About Energy4Life*
Energy4Life is building a new category of health technology: physics-first, energy-first, and focused on helping people understand and improve the systems that regulate vitality, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
The company has a 20-year foundation of research, patents, practitioner experience, and bioenergetic technology. Its ecosystem includes assessment technology, corrective devices, practitioner tools, customer education, media, and emerging AI-driven personalization.
The next stage of growth requires more than better marketing or more automation. It requires an integrated growth engine that connects product, marketing, sales, customer education, and operations into one intelligent system.
That is the opportunity in this role.
*The Opportunity*
This role is for someone who sees AI not as a collection of tools, but as an operating layer for how a modern company grows.
You will architect and build an agentic growth engine across product, marketing, sales, and operations. The system may use Claude Code, Perplexity Computer, OpenClaw, LangChain, custom agents, local models, frontier models, or tools that have not yet become obvious. The specific platform matters less than your ability to evaluate, connect, and orchestrate the right systems into a working commercial engine.
This is not a prompt-writing role. It is not a content automation role. It is not a narrow marketing operations role.
It is a builder role for someone who can design intelligent workflows, connect systems, create useful automations, improve the customer journey, support human teams, and turn AI from a productivity tool into a growth advantage.
You will sit on the Product Engineering team because the systems you build must be technically sound, scalable, and integrated with the product ecosystem. You will report to the Head of Marketing because your work must directly improve customer acquisition, customer education, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
In practice, you will be one of the key bridges between product and marketing.
Energy4Life is using AI to personalize the customer journey so people can better understand their health, receive more relevant education, and be guided toward the right next step for optimizing their energy, resilience, and wellbeing. Your job is to help build the infrastructure that makes that possible.
*What You Will Build*
1. An Agentic Growth Engine
You will architect the AI-native systems that connect the company’s growth functions into one coordinated engine.
This includes:
* AI-assisted workflows across product, marketing, sales, and operations
* Intelligent customer journey personalization
* Agentic systems that help move people from awareness to education to action
* Internal tools that help teams move faster with better context
* Automated workflows that reduce manual work without reducing human judgment
* Systems that help the company learn from customer behavior, campaign performance, practitioner feedback, and product data
The goal is not to replace the human team. The goal is to make the team sharper, faster, more coordinated, and more capable of serving customers at scale.
2. Human + AI Content Collaboration
Content is a major part of Energy4Life’s growth strategy, but this role is not about producing generic AI-generated material.
You will help design systems that bring out the best of human and AI collaboration.
This means building workflows where AI helps with research, structure, personalization, repurposing, testing, and distribution, while human experts preserve judgment, originality, scientific credibility, founder voice, brand integrity, and emotional resonance.
The right person will understand that AI-generated content alone is not the goal. The goal is high-quality communication that educates, inspires, converts, and feels genuinely useful to the person receiving it.
You may build systems that support:
* Founder-led thought leadership
* Practitioner education
* Customer email journeys
* Social content repurposing
* Campaign testing
* Landing page iteration
* Lead magnets and educational assets
* Personalized recommendations based on customer interests, needs, and journey stage
The standard is not “more content.” The standard is better communication, more relevance, stronger trust, and measurable growth.
3. Personalized Customer Journeys
Energy4Life’s products are designed to help people better understand and optimize their energy, emotions, resilience, and health.
Your work will help translate that mission into intelligent customer journeys.
You will help build systems that can:
* Segment customers based on interests, goals, symptoms, behavior, and stage of awareness
* Deliver more relevant education and next steps
* Support customers in understanding which product, practitioner pathway, or educational resource is most appropriate
* Connect product insights with marketing journeys
* Improve onboarding, activation, retention, and lifetime value
* Help the company move from one-size-fits-all marketing to adaptive, personalized guidance
This is why the role sits between product and marketing. The customer journey cannot be separated from the product experience. The right person will understand both.
4. Technical Architecture and Systems Integration
You are not just configuring software. You are architecting systems that need to work reliably in the real world.
*You may be responsible for:*
* Evaluating and selecting agentic AI tools and frameworks
* Building workflows with Claude Code, Perplexity Computer, OpenClaw, LangChain, Flowise, custom agents, or other emerging systems
* Creating integrations between CRM, email, analytics, content systems, product data, sales tools, and internal knowledge bases
* Writing scripts, automations, APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
* Designing memory, retrieval, and context systems so agents operate from accurate company knowledge
* Managing model selection across frontier models, smaller models, and local models
* Optimizing for cost, speed, reliability, and output quality
* Building internal tools that non-technical team members can actually use
* Creating documentation so systems can be understood, improved, and maintained
This role requires someone who can move between architecture and execution. You should be able to think systemically, then build the thing.
5. Commercial Growth Infrastructure
The systems you build must create measurable business value.
You will help create infrastructure that supports:
* Lead generation
* Lead qualification
* Practitioner acquisition
* Consumer funnels
* Sales enablement
* Customer education
* Customer segmentation
* Campaign personalization
* Conversion optimization
* Retention and lifetime value growth
* Operational visibility across the growth funnel
The question is not whether a workflow is clever. The question is whether it helps the company serve more people, generate more revenue, reduce friction, or improve decision-making.
6. Experimentation and Continuous Improvement
This field is moving quickly. The right person will not wait for a perfect playbook.
*You will be expected to:*
* Stay current with agentic AI tooling and automation patterns
* Test new systems before they become mainstream
* Run structured experiments
* Measure what works
* Kill what does not work
* Scale what proves itself
* Bring a builder’s mindset to ambiguous problems
You should enjoy operating at the frontier, but you should also know how to turn frontier ideas into stable systems.
*Who This Role Is For*
This role is for a builder who wants responsibility, not just tasks.
You are likely a strong fit if:
* You are already experimenting with AI agents, coding assistants, automations, and workflow orchestration because you are genuinely interested in what is now possible
* You can code, debug, integrate, and deploy working systems
* You understand marketing and growth well enough to know that technology only matters when it changes customer behavior or business results
* You think in systems, not isolated tools
* You can translate between technical teams, marketers, salespeople, and product leaders
* You care about the customer experience, not just the backend architecture
* You want to help build a company-level growth engine, not simply operate someone else’s software stack
* You can work with imperfect information and create clarity through prototypes, tests, and iteration
* You are commercially minded and want your work to show up in revenue, retention, conversion, and customer impact
You do not need to be an expert in every tool. You do need to be the kind of person who can learn quickly, evaluate clearly, and build pragmatically.
*The Type of Person We Are Looking For*
We are looking for someone with unusual builder energy.
Someone who has probably already built automations, internal tools, agents, prototypes, or experimental workflows without being asked.
Someone who sees the gap between what most companies are doing with AI and what is actually possible.
Someone who is technical enough to build real systems, commercial enough to care about outcomes, and strategic enough to design for scale.
Someone who respects human creativity and expertise, rather than assuming AI should replace it.
Someone who can help a founder, marketing team, product team, and sales team become dramatically more effective by giving them intelligent systems that preserve human judgment while removing unnecessary friction.
This person should be excited by the idea of helping build one of the first truly AI-native growth engines in health technology.
*This Role Is Not For Someone Who*
* Wants a traditional engineering role with a narrow technical brief
* Can prompt but cannot build
* Treats AI as a novelty rather than a serious craft
* Wants to generate large volumes of generic AI content
* Needs every requirement defined before starting
* Is uncomfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, or fast iteration
* Does not care about marketing, sales, customer journeys, or commercial outcomes
* Cannot translate technical systems into usable workflows for non-technical people
* Believes automation should replace human judgment rather than amplify it
*Required Experience*
You should be able to show real proof of work in most of the following areas:
* Experience building with AI agent frameworks, coding assistants, automation tools, or orchestration platforms
* Ability to code in Python and/or JavaScript
* Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, databases, scripts, or automation platforms
* Ability to deploy and maintain working systems on cloud, VPS, or local infrastructure
* Understanding of model tradeoffs, including frontier models, local models, latency, cost, context, and reliability
* Experience building internal tools, data workflows, or automation systems that produced measurable results
* Practical understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, sales enablement, or customer lifecycle automation
* Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and operations
*Highly Desired*
* Experience with Claude Code, Perplexity Computer, OpenClaw, LangChain, Flowise, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar systems
* Experience creating retrieval, memory, or knowledge-base systems for AI agents
* Experience with CRM, email marketing, analytics, customer data, or marketing automation platforms
* Experience with local model deployment, including Ollama or open-source LLMs
* Hackathon projects, side projects, or independent builds that demonstrate initiative
* Experience using AI to create commercial outcomes, such as leads generated, sales supported, costs reduced, or time saved
* Interest in health technology, bioenergetics, human performance, functional medicine, or physics-first approaches to wellbeing
*What Success Looks Like*
Within this role, success means building systems that become part of how the company operates.
Strong outcomes may include:
* A more personalized customer journey
* Faster campaign creation without loss of quality or authenticity
* Better handoff between marketing, product, and sales
* More relevant customer education
* Improved lead qualification and nurturing
* Sales teams equipped with better context and better content
* Internal teams able to find and use company knowledge more effectively
* Clear dashboards showing what is working and what is not
* Repeatable workflows that scale beyond one person
* AI systems that are trusted because they are useful, accurate, and well-designed
This role should make the company more intelligent over time.
