Full -time Clarvida is hiring a Licensed Outpatient Counselor to join our counseling team in Indiana, PA. This full-time role offers competitive pay, flexible evenings (2 nights per week until 6 or 7 pm), and a transition to a billable/non-billable compensation model based on performance and experience. As a Licensed Outpatient Counselor, you will provide individual and family therapy, maintain client caseloads, and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. You will engage with clients and families in building therapeutic relationships and delivering care that aligns with

person-centered, trauma-informed care model. Deliver individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to your caseload ? Work evenings twice weekly (until 6 or 7 pm) to accommodate client needs ? Transition to a billable/non-billable rate structure after initial onboarding period ? Collaborate with clinical supervisors, peers, and support staff to ensure quality of care Master's degree in Psychology
, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline from an accredited institution ? Valid Pennsylvania license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT ? Willingness to work evening hours part of the week Experience in outpatient therapy or mental health counseling settings ?
