Lead, mentor, and develop a team of design engineers, ensuring technical excellence, effective workload management, and continuous growth. Oversee the engineering design lifecycle, establishing standards, processes, and best practices that support high quality, manufacturable component designs. Act as the primary technical interface with customer engineering teams, clarifying requirements, supporting design reviews, and resolving technical issues. Drive innovative, cost-effective design solutions that improve product performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Collaborate cross functionally with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure design feasibility, compliance, and smooth transition to production. Foster a collaborative, improvement-oriented engineering culture, promoting knowledge sharing, problem solving, and team engagement.

Proven experience in engineering leadership and hands-on product development. Demonstrated success in managing technical teams and complex projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement. Some travel may be required
Educational Requirements
Five to eight years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in an Engineering Leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
