We're seeking a motivated Construction Sales Representative to join our client in the Dakotas. Help them grow and grow yourself! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building relationships, driving new business, and contributing to the success of essential industries. What They Offer
Company-provided phone and laptop Commission-based compensation with clear growth potential Base salary of $40,000 awarded after achieving $1M in sales Competitive commission structure:
Starting at 3% commission on sales +1% increase for every additional $1M in sales Commission cap at 5%
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the construction industry Identify new business opportunities and close deals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Meet and exceed sales targets with integrity and professionalism Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (construction or related industries preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously Why Join?
