You won't just be managing a process, you'll be actively expanding our community by sparking new conversations over the phone, capturing the buzz of our brand on social media, and representing us live at industry events. As part of the face of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand and ensuring Hireup is known as a leading provider of high quality, client-centric, cost-effective support workers. You will: Be the Face of Hireup:
Represent us at industry expos, networking events, and conferences, bringing a high-energy, approachable presence to every conversation. Own the Outreach:
Proactively reach out to NDIS and Aged Care providers to spark new partnerships and book high-value meetings for our sales team. Drive the Pipeline:
Manage and nurture our lead generation pipeline within Hubspot (CRM), ensuring our data is clean and our follow-ups are lightning-fast. Administrative Tasks:
Assist in preparing sales proposals using existing templates. Drive Our Socials:
You'll be the creative force behind our LinkedIn presence for the team, creating engaging content that showcases our impact and expertise. Your Background Customer Service Natural:
You have a solid foundation in customer service and know how to turn a simple enquiry into a positive, lasting impression A Confident Communicator:
You're not afraid to pick up the phone, you enjoy making calls and meeting new people at expos. Keen to Grow:
This is a junior role, but we want someone with senior ambition. You're a fast learner who takes initiative. Social Media Savvy:
You know your way around LinkedIn and other platforms, and you're keen to use those skills to build a professional brand presence. People-First Mindset:
You are passionate about the NDIS and Aged Care sectors and genuinely want to help providers find high-quality support for their clients. Highly Desirable:
