Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's in Interior Design or relevant degree from an accredited college or university 0-2 years of related interior design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience) Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally All Pond & Company positions require participation in at least one in-person interview as part of our hiring process, and most roles also require in-person onboarding at a Pond office location; candidates should expect to meet directly with our team and should be cautious of any communication suggesting otherwise.
