Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Professional Therapy Partners is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a temporary assignment in Seguin, TX. This role will cover a leave starting in June. You will step into an established clinic with a steady caseload and a supportive team. Your focus is execution. Deliver treatments, support patient progress, and keep care consistent during the coverage period.

Deliver treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities

Track patient progress and document visits accurately

Communicate updates with the supervising PT and clinic team

Help maintain steady patient flow throughout the day

Pay: $25 to $33 per hour

Predictable full-time schedule

Established patient volume from day one

Support from an experienced clinic team

Opportunity to transition into future roles if available

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas (or in process)

Outpatient experience preferred

Ability to step in quickly and stay organized

Strong communication and patient engagement skills
