We're looking for a high-performing B2B Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from first meeting to close. You'll work opportunities generated by our SDR/BDR teams and focus on running a disciplined, consultative sales process that drives predictable revenue. Our average deal size is ~$50K ARR within a fairly transactional sales cycle, so this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-velocity, value-driven environment.

The base salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience with uncapped commission ($250,000 - $300,000+ OTE).
Responsibilities
- Own and close qualified inbound and outbound opportunities sourced by SDR/BDR teams
- Run a consultative sales process using SPIN selling and discovery-first techniques
- Identify customer pain points, business impact, and buying motivations to align solutions effectively
- Manage your pipeline rigorously to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression
- Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful onboarding
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date CRM records and follow defined sales processes
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
