Who We're Looking For

  • You have a genuine passion for people guests and teammates both
  • You take ownership of a shift like it's your business - looking for both FOH and BOH
  • You have strong character and bring it every single day
  • You work with urgency and don't wait to be told what needs attention
  • You're the kind of person who makes the team better just by being there
  • Prior shift lead or supervisory experience is preferred but not required

What The Role Looks Like

  • Open and/or close the restaurant key holder once out of training
  • Lead shifts and keep the team aligned, accountable, and moving
  • Train and onboard new team members set the tone for what great looks like
  • Handle guest experiences in the moment: recovery, connection, hospitality
  • Support senior leadership in executing daily operations
  • Count drawers and close out the day accurately
