Sales Intern Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the apparel industry and the opportunity to work alongside sales, merchandising, and product teams in a dynamic fashion environment.

Program Details

Duration: 6 months (full-time, 40 hours/week) Location: New York, NY Hourly Rate: $17.00

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day account and operational needs
  • Create and update industry benchmark and competitive analysis reports for various customer stages
  • Conduct competitive shopping to evaluate product opportunities and market trends
  • Organize, track, and manage samples for meetings and internal reviews
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing samples between factories, customers, and internal teams
  • Assist with sample returns and showroom organization
  • Track and help expedite orders with cross-functional partners
  • Assist in preparing materials and samples for client meetings and presentations
  • Provide administrative and project support to the sales team as needed
Skills & Requirements
  • Strong interest in fashion, retail, or wholesale sales
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable handling samples and supporting showroom needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
