Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits to identify non-conformances
- Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality
- Perform data collection and analysis to track product quality metrics
- Inspect products using tools such as calipers and other measuring instruments
- Ensure compliance with CGMP, FDA regulations 21CFR 111, and 117.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
- Fabricate test samples for quality testing
Experience
- Knowledge in manufacturing environment a plus
-Two year of quality inspector experience required
-Woking knowledge of Microsoft Office products
-Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and inspection procedures.
-Familiarity with quality control procedures and techniques
-Ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Activities include: ability to reach overhead, squat, and bend at the waist; the ability to lift boxes of 25 pounds or more; ability to climb up and down stairs throughout a shift; tolerance of standing posture continuously during shift; intense walking is involved. Dexterity for manipulating work materials; repetitive motion; proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English. Ability to respond to safety signals, such as those generated by forklifts.
