As the IT Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our technology infrastructure is *secure, reliable, and scalable* while supporting staff and leadership with effective IT systems, policies, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities: IT Leadership & Strategy
* Lead, manage, and report on IT initiatives to the *IT Steering Committee* on a monthly basis. * Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to hardware, software, and data systems. * Evaluate technical requirements and guide technology upgrades or implementations.
Systems & Infrastructure Management
* Install, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and peripheral equipment. * Install and modify data communication systems. * Maintain system databases, libraries, and security functions. * Ensure all software licenses, hardware assets, and disaster recovery systems remain current.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
* Assess cybersecurity threats and implement risk mitigation strategies. * Manage IT-related *risk assessments, loss prevention procedures, and system security protocols*. * Ensure all IT documentation meets internal policies and regulatory standards.
Vendor & Technology Coordination
* Coordinate technology resources including: * Core system (CMC) * Managed IT partner (Connecting Point) * Telecommunications and phone systems * PC connectivity and network infrastructure * Evaluate vendor proposals, technology contracts, and service agreements. * Serve as *contract administrator for outsourced technology services*.
Compliance, Audits & Regulatory Support
* Lead IT efforts related to *audits, exams, testing, and regulatory compliance*. * Work with auditors, regulators, and technology partners to ensure requirements are met. * Maintain system documentation and security compliance standards.
Training & Internal Support
* Help develop and manage IT training programs for staff and leadership. * Provide technical assistance and consultation on hardware, software, and system operations.
Qualifications
*Required*
* Bachelor's degree in *Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field* (or equivalent experience) * Experience managing *IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems* * Knowledge of *cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance* * Experience working with *IT vendors, contracts, and outsourced technology services* * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
*Preferred*
* Experience in *financial services, banking, or credit union environments* * Familiarity with *regulatory compliance, audits, and IT risk assessments* * Experience managing *managed service providers (MSPs)*

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
