Barista / Cafe Worker -

Position Overview: As a Mobile Coffee Truck Barista, youll be the face of our brand, serving up a variety of espresso-based beverages to our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, take orders, and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Prepare Beverages: Craft a variety of drinks ensuring consistency and quality with every cup.
• Truck Maintenance: Ensure the coffee truck is clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies. Help with basic maintenance and restocking of equipment as needed.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using cash or POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, inform the manager of low stock, and help with restocking supplies.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring food and drink preparation areas are sanitized and safe at all times.
• Promote the Brand: Represent our brand positively in the community, encouraging customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and an enjoyable work environment.

• Previous barista experience preferred, but not required. Were happy to train the right candidate!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available for early mornings, weekends, and occasional evening shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., coffee beans, equipment, and supplies)
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record (driving the coffee truck will be required)
• Must be 18 years of age
